Purchasing an item with our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance offers added peace of mind. If the product doesn’t perform as expected during its lifetime and you purchased this coverage, we may replace the item at no cost for the product itself (shipping fees are excluded). Misuse, normal wear and tear, or product discontinuation will void this warranty.
“Lifetime” refers to the period during which the product remains in production.
This program may be canceled at any time without prior notice to the customer.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Take a photo or short video of the item.
Go to our Contact Form page, submit a request, and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
Attach the photo or video.
If your replacement is approved, we’ll update you within 48 hours.
