Under our Terms of Service, each order is treated as a separate transaction, so a shipping fee is applied to every order. When you accepted an upsell offer, it generated a new order, which carries its own shipping charge.
Per the “Shipping & Handling Fees for Discounted Items” section of our Terms of Service, shipping fees are not included with any discounted or upsell items purchased after your initial order. These fees are billed separately and must be paid in addition to the product price. Shipping and handling are typically calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Including these costs within a discounted offer would raise the overall price of the order, so they remain separate.
